I heartily recommend the morning Yoga & Mobility class for everyone! Whether you are an existing Krav Maga student interested in building your flexibility and capabilities for fast tactical movement or just anyone interested in building healthy flexibility and range of motion for joints and movement, its a geat class! I’m a bit older and fall into both categories. The great thing is that the instructor, Ms Taylar, individualizes the class to everyone’s goals and abilities. It is a very kind, paced experience for preserving and enhancing flexibility and movement for all ages. The morning hours are very convenient and you do not need to be studying Krav Maga. I highly recommend you give it a try!
